Welcome to Sage Ruby Mira LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchases from us. By accessing or using our site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Our Service

Sage Ruby Mira LLC is an online store that sells custom print-on-demand apparel (primarily shirts) produced and fulfilled by our partner, Printify. We do not manufacture the products ourselves.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product description.
Once an order is placed, it goes into production quickly. Cancellations are only possible before the order enters production (usually within a few hours).

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in [USD / your currency] and include applicable taxes where required.
We accept payments through Shopify Payments and other integrated methods.
Prices may change without notice, but this will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All products are made to order and shipped directly from Printify’s production partners.
Production time is typically 2–7 business days.
Shipping times vary by location (see our Shipping Policy for details).
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
Risk of loss passes to you once the item is handed over to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Because all items are made to order, we have a limited return window and only accept returns for defective or incorrect items.

6. Product Information and Accuracy

We strive to display accurate colors, descriptions, and images. However, slight variations may occur due to the print-on-demand process, monitor settings, or manufacturing. We do not guarantee that the product you receive will be identical in every detail to the images shown.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Sage Ruby Mira LLC or our licensors.
You may not use, copy, or reproduce our content without permission.
Designs on our shirts are either original or properly licensed. Customers are responsible for ensuring any custom designs they request (if offered) do not infringe on third-party rights.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Engage in any activity that interferes with the site’s operation

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our products and site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits).
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our site.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
