At Sage Ruby Mira LLC, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify.
Production Time
- Each item is custom printed especially for you.
- Typical production time is 2–7 business days.
Shipping Times
Shipping times begin after the production period and vary by destination:
- United States: 2–8 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- Europe: 5–15 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 8–20 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping): 7–21 business days for most U.S. orders. International orders may take longer.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided.
Important Notes
- Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all items are made to order and production begins very quickly (often within minutes to a few hours), we do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed.
