Return & Refund Policy

At Sage Ruby Mira LLC, we want you to love your purchase. Because our shirts are made to order through Printify (print-on-demand), we have a limited return and refund policy.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

2. What Qualifies for Return / Refund

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged (e.g., torn, defective print, wrong color/printing error)
  • You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
  • Manufacturing defect covered by Printify’s quality guarantee

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size/color chosen by customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items that don’t fit as expected (please check our size chart carefully before ordering)

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@srmcollective.com with:
    • Your Order Number
    • Photos of the item (showing the issue clearly)
    • Reason for return
  2. Once approved, we will guide you on the next steps.

4. Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • Returned items must be sent back to the Print Provider’s address (we will provide the correct return address).
  • You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective due to our/Printify’s error.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (original and return shipping).

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or wrong items. For size/color changes, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original (if eligible).

7. Important Notes

  • All products are made to order — this helps reduce waste but limits our ability to accept returns.
  • Printify (our production partner) only accepts returns/replacements for quality or printing issues within 30 days of delivery. We align our policy with theirs.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer.
